Shipping policy

All orders for in stock products are processed within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. An indication of delivery time for pre-orders is provided at the time of your order.

From time to time, there may be delays due to a high volume of orders or issues with courier services that are outside of our control.

We offer free domestic shipping within Australia.

International orders: we offer $20 flat rate shipping to countries outside of Australia.

With an estimated delivery time of 7-20 business days.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. artsleep is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are solely your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you are in Australia and haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@artsleep.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
